These Terms of Service govern your use of Lobby 26's website and the engagement of its professional services. Please read these terms carefully. They constitute a legally binding agreement and contain important information about your rights and obligations.
By accessing our website, contacting us through any communication channel, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, inquirers, and clients of Lobby 26 Advisory Services ("the Firm").
Lobby 26 provides professional services across four pillars: Legal Consultations (through empanelled advocates), Detective & Investigative Services, Forensic Auditing & Chartered Accountancy, and Private Security & Executive Protection. Each service is subject to the relevant professional regulations applicable in India, including Bar Council of India Rules, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) standards, and applicable security licensing regulations.
The Firm provides professional services to the highest standards; however, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes in legal, investigative, financial, or security matters. Past case outcomes (including those referenced in our case studies) are not indicative of future results. Any representation regarding "recovery" refers to efforts made within the legal framework and does not constitute a guarantee of financial recovery.
The "No Win No Fee" arrangement applies exclusively to eligible financial recovery cases as determined at the initial case assessment. Eligibility criteria include: a clearly identifiable respondent or perpetrator, recoverable assets or funds, and a viable legal cause of action. Cases involving purely investigative, security, or advisory work are not covered under this arrangement. Full terms of the No Win No Fee agreement are provided in a separate written engagement letter.
Clients are required to provide complete and accurate information relevant to their matter. Withholding material facts may compromise the quality of services and may release the Firm from obligations. Clients must not instruct the Firm to take any action that would be unlawful, unethical, or contrary to professional regulations. Clients are responsible for timely payment of agreed fees and for maintaining secure communication channels.
All formal service engagements commence only upon the execution of a written Engagement Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The scope of work, fee structure, payment terms, and engagement model will be specified in the Engagement Agreement. Initial consultations or inquiries do not constitute a formal engagement until confirmed in writing.
The Firm maintains strict confidentiality over all client information. All personnel working on your matter are bound by confidentiality obligations. The Firm will not disclose your information without your written consent except where required by a court order or applicable law. Clients are also requested to maintain confidentiality about the Firm's operational methods and team composition.
All reports, dossiers, legal documents, and strategic assessments prepared by Lobby 26 for a client remain the intellectual property of the Firm until full payment of fees. Upon final payment, the deliverables become the property of the client. The Firm retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated case data for internal training and quality improvement purposes.
The Firm's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by the Firm's negligence.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Viewing this website or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a formal Engagement Agreement.
The Firm reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
